Payment & Cancellation Policy

At Ballawhetstone Stables, we understand that life can be unpredictable.  To maintain fairness for all rider and ensure the smooth running of our schedule, we kindly ask all clients to observe the following cancellation policy:

Payment Policy

  • All payments must be made at the time of booking. 

  • Bookings will only be confirmed once payment has been received.

  • This applies to both individual Lessons/Sessions and Block Bookings.

Individual Lessons/Sessions

  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or re-schedule an individual lesson.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • To cancel or re-schedule, please contact us as soon as possible.

Block Bookings

  • You may cancel a block booking prior to the start of the block period to the block period for a full refund or credit.

  • Once the block period has begun:

    • Cancellations are not permitted.

    • You may request to swap a session to another day or time only if space is available.

    • All swap request must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

    • To request a swap, please contact Stella directly.

We appreciate your understanding and co-operation in respecting our policys this helps us maintain consistency and fairness for all riders, instructors, and horses involved.
