Set in a traditional farm setting, Ballawhetstone Stables offers a personal and welcoming experience for every rider. Whether you’re introducing your child to horses or returning to riding yourself, we provide a supportive environment where confidence and skills can grow.

Established for 25 years, we deliver affordable riding lessons for children and adults, with a focus on enjoyment, progression, and strong rider to horse connections.

As a Pony Club Centre, we offer additional opportunities exclusively for our Pony Club members. These include competing in Pony Club Mounted Games in the UK with our novice, junior, and senior teams, where we have proudly progressed all the way to the Championships, as well as taking part in Horse and Pony Care competitions. These experiences help riders develop not only their riding ability, but also teamwork, knowledge, and confidence.
